Absolutely! Leashed pets are always welcome. We also have a cleanup station available for any in-store pet accidents.

While we don’t have a formal price-matching policy, we do offer a 30-day price adjustment. If you purchase an item and it goes on sale at our store within 30 days, we’re happy to adjust the price so you can enjoy the savings.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for seniors and active or retired military personnel. Just show a valid ID and/or valid military ID at checkout to receive your discount.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards. We can take cash as long as you have exact change. We also offer digital payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay to make your checkout experience as convenient as possible.

Yes, we offer online shopping with delivery and in-store pickup options! Delivery areas and fees vary, and we aim to have in-store pickup orders ready within 24 hours. You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup. Same Day delivery is free for orders over $35.00CAD within our same day delivery geographic location.

Yes! When checking out, select the “In-Store Pickup” option. Most orders are ready within 24 hours, and you’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is prepared.

We accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 15 days of receipt, provided items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Food items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Receipts are required for returns, though rewards members may have their purchase history retrieved by our staff.
